اين پروژه در زميني به مساحت 1000 مترمربع در جزيره زيباي کيش واقع شده است و مالکيت پروژه در اختيار بخش خصوصي مي باشد.
کاربري هاي در نظر گرفته شده در اين پروژه شامل بخشهاي زير است:
1- تجاري و خدماتي 1322 مترمربع
2- رستوران 760 مترمربع
3- اداري 1455 مترمربع
4- پارکينگ 835 مترمربع
درطراحي و انتخاب مصالح نماي ساختمان فوق سعي شده است که از مباحث مربوط به اقليم و معماري سنتي ايرانی با توجه به نقطه نظرات کارفرماي محترم بهره گيري شود. با توجه به اينکه اغلب گردشگران و بازديدکنندگان جزيره کيش هنگام غروب آفتاب مبادرت به خرید و تفریح می کنند، لذا در این پروژه استفاده از نورپردازي شب بيشتر مدنظر بوده است.

In designing and facade material selection, climate facts and iranian traditional architecture forms according to the employer’s point of view,has been utilized.In kish Island,tourists and visitors go for shopping and fun through streets and bazaars in the .afternoon, so by this factor, designing lighting of the night in the elevations of this project has been considered
